產(chǎn)品簡介
本制品包含cDNA第一鏈合成所需要的全部試劑,，其中的反轉(zhuǎn)錄酶可以利用oligo(dT)18 primer/Random primer/基因特異性引物等進行反轉(zhuǎn)錄反應(yīng)，合成的第一鏈cDNA可廣泛用于cDNA第二鏈的合成,、雜交,、PCR擴增、Real-Time PCR反應(yīng)等。該反轉(zhuǎn)錄酶是對M-MLV進行定點突變修飾后的新型反轉(zhuǎn)錄酶,，具有較弱的RNAseH 活性和較高的熱穩(wěn)定性,，酶活性高，反轉(zhuǎn)錄效率快,�,？稍�42℃－60℃之間合成較長的cDNA。試劑盒中的RNAase inhibitor對RNAase表現(xiàn)高度的非競爭性抑制,，從而降低RNAase對RNA的影響，利于反轉(zhuǎn)錄反應(yīng)的進行,。本試劑盒同時優(yōu)化了反應(yīng)Buffer,，能使反應(yīng)的模板量（Total RNA）可在0.1-5 μg范圍之間進行逆轉(zhuǎn)錄反應(yīng)。cDNA合成后進行PCR擴增既可檢測到長cDNA（>10 kb）片段,，也可檢測到低豐度cDNA樣品,。
